Education Data Research and Evaluation in Nigeria - EDOREN
Description
EDOREN is an umbrella project which provides high quality, independent data and research evidence on basic education in Nigeria. It has two overarching objectives: to embed research, evaluation and learning in education sector support in Nigeria, and to enhance national capacities to generate and use quality educational data, research and evaluation for policy and strategy making. EDOREN has a national geographic scope but focus on states with other education projects mainly in the north of Nigeria. The beneficiaries are policy makers, government officials (national, state, LGA level), researchers/research institutions, education projects, students, teachers, head teachers. EDOREN's specific focus is on basic education. EDOREN is a 8 year programme designed to run from 2013 to 2021
