Governance Reform and Institutional Development (GRID) Programme - Montserrat
Description
GRID is a programme to provide targeted technical support to locally-led reform processes taking place in the Montserrat public sector. These reforms cover public financial management, project management, procurement, human resources and strengthening the central role of the Office of the Premier. The aim of these reforms is to improve public sector delivery and provide greater assurance that public finances (including the c.60% of Montserrat’s budget provided by DFID financial aid) are being managed effectively and efficiently with greater transparency and accountability.
