Description

The desired overall impact of the project will be the increased respect for the equal civic rights of persons with disabilities, and the improved equal opportunities for PWDs to participate equally, in the electoral and political processes in Somaliland. More specifically, the specific project outcome is the greater capacity of election stakeholders to mainstream disability in the election process, and increased registration and voting by persons with disabilities in both urban and rural areas in the 2015 elections in Somaliland.
